1. Delete it yourself, in about a minute
- Open app.andriot.net and sign in with the account you want to delete (email and password, or Google).
- Open Account & Plan — the avatar in the top-right corner.
- Choose Delete account and type the confirmation word when asked.
If you have a paid plan, the subscription is cancelled first. If the payment provider refuses the cancellation, the account is not deleted and you are told why — we never leave a subscription billing an account that no longer exists.
Everything below is triggered immediately; nothing is queued behind a support ticket.
2. If you cannot sign in
Write to privacy@andriot.net from the email address of the account. That is how we know the request is yours. If you can no longer reach that address, tell us in the message; we will ask for something that proves the account is yours (for example a password-reset link you still control, or the pairing code history of a phone you still have).
We delete accounts on request typically within 30 days, and always within one month of receiving a verifiable request.
3. What is deleted
- The account itself: email address, password hash, Google sign-in linkage, two-factor settings.
- Every phone and sensor paired to it, their names, credentials and push tokens.
- Every recording and motion clip, both the database rows and the video files in object storage.
- The activity log, alert history, sensor readings and stored telemetry.
- Pairing codes, schedules, automation rules and any saved file-manager entries.
- Any active subscription, cancelled as part of the same action.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Invoices and payment records stay with Stripe as long as tax and accounting law requires. We cannot delete those, and we do not hold your card number at all.
- Backups taken before the deletion disappear on their normal rotation (at most 30 days), and are never restored except to recover from a failure.
- Server logs containing IP addresses and timestamps age out on their own rotation and are not attached to your name once the account is gone.
5. Delete only some of the data
- One recording: Recordings → the clip → delete. The file is removed from object storage.
- One phone: Your Phones → the phone → Remove. Data collection from it stops immediately.
- Everything a single phone recorded: remove the phone, then delete its clips from Recordings.
- Stop using the app without deleting anything: unpair the phone in the app (menu → Unpair this phone); it stops streaming at once.
